Collection list

For category-driven stores, this section shows a grid of collection cards — each with an image, title, and link to that collection page. Great for:

Home fragrance stores linking to Candles / Diffusers / Body
Fashion stores linking to Women / Men / Kids
Multi-category shops surfacing top departments

Add the section

Add section → Collection list

Add collection cards

Under the section, click Add block → Collection for each collection you want to show. Add 3 to 8 cards typically.

Pick the collection for each block

For each block, click it and select which collection it represents.

Card image

Each card uses:

The collection’s image (set in Shopify admin → Collections → Image), or
A custom image you upload per-card in the block settings

Custom images override the collection’s image, useful if you want a lifestyle crop instead of the collection’s default.

Overlay on image — title sits on top with an optional dim overlay (feels editorial)

Columns

Same panel, find Columns

Choose 2, 3, or 4 columns on desktop. Mobile always shows 2 or 1 (adjustable).

Show product count

Optional label under the collection title showing how many products are in the collection (“24 products”). Turn on if you have healthy inventory; turn off if some collections are small.
