Add section → FAQ
Add Q&A blocks
Click Add block → Question for each Q&A pair.
For each block
Fill in:
- Question — how a shopper would ask it
- Answer — direct and complete (can include line breaks and links)

- Simple accordion — all questions in one column
- Two-column — questions split into left/right groups on desktop, stacks on mobile (best for 8+ Q&As)
What questions to include
Write from actual shopper questions — check your email support inbox, chat transcripts, or Instagram DMs. Common winners:
- “How long does shipping take?”
- “Can I return / exchange?”
- “How do I use this product?”
- “Which size / variant should I pick?”
- “Is this suitable for [my case]?”
